Full-Time Strategic HR Business Partner

Strategic HR Business Partner works closely with business executives as the strategic face of the HR function.

Crucial for: Driving long-term business change, ensuring smooth HR processes, and highly motivated, high-performing people who feel rewarded and recognized.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for own business line (Assurance, Advisory, Business Services, Partner affairs).
• Works closely with HR Business Advisors within the department.
• Extensive experience in HR business partnership within large, complex organizations.
• Strong project & program management skills.
• Organizational sensitivity and ability to move effectively in professional organizations.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent evaluation, and succession planning.
• Proven track record in driving organizational change and providing strategic HR advice.
• In-depth knowledge of employee listening survey analysis and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience in health & wellbeing metrics evaluation.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and platforms.

Compensation:

Gross salary between € 4.825,- and € 7.935,- per month (depending on experience).
