Role: As the Supervisor, HRIS Data Operations leader, you will be overseeing our Tier 1 People Insights Data and Reporting Services team to ensure timely and quality delivery to our stakeholders. People Insights Product services include: reporting, security and system access, data auditing, data & transaction management, and metric support. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and quality support, build and manage scalable, stable, and efficient data management & governance processes, and upskill and manage team members to support business data needs.
What you get to do in this role:
- Manage frontline product support for our People Insights reporting and data services
- Develop and grow a team of data analysts to support the business
- Manage master data in our core systems such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Servicenow platform
- Manage system data audits for accuracy and completeness
- Manage security audits, and govern system security access
- Identify and actively drive automation of high volume, repetitive and manual tasks
- Identify and help build processes and tools to self-serve operational reports across our Global Talent organization
- Identify and build checks and balances in processes to ensure data integrity
- Lead with KPIs around data management (including reporting and data quality) and enable your partners within various Global Talent teams such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partners
- Work with Global People and extended partners in IT, Finance and Privacy to identify data related anomalies and work with multiple data sources to identify cause and correction
- Partner with Privacy and Information Security teams to adhere to ServiceNow policies and guidelines and to keep global talent data compliant
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years of strong experience with supporting HRIS systems, data and reporting. Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a people manager and/or leader to drive to common purpose and goals across cross-functional teams
- Solid experience leading with KPIs and driving to outcomes
- Experience with providing reporting and/or data support to stakeholders
- Expertise in Workday including Reporting, EIBs, and Security preferred
- Excellent project management experience
- Experience with Data Governance, or understanding of Internal Compliance or Governance Controls
