Full-Time Sustainability Strategy & Transformation Officer

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Support the definition of the Group’s ESG vision. Translate strategic ambitions into a high-level roadmap.
• Governance & Coordination: Coordinate ESG priorities across region & brands. Facilitate internal ESG governance.
• Brand Engagement: Collaborate with region & brands to integrate ESG into strategies.
• Advocacy & Partnerships: Promote ESG partnerships and operationalize existing ones. Contribute to advocacy efforts.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market watch and benchmarking. Provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Track key ESG-related regulations and assess their impact.
• Internal sustainability network animation: Contribute to the animation and support the sustainability leaders’ network.

• Master's degree (business school, political science, or engineering).
• Fluent English.
• 4-5 years of experience in sustainability strategy, ESG governance, or transformation (consulting or corporate role).
• Strong expertise in ESG frameworks and standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD, ESRS).
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of sustainability trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach.
