Systems Optimization Manager will optimize and assist in managing operational processes across the technology platform, primarily Salesforce, aligning with Privia Health's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and synthesize business needs into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with leadership across departments to enforce process governance.
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional processes on technology platforms.
- Develop and implement governance structures for operational processes.
- Facilitate governance meetings to drive decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Set governance standards for CRM platform usage.
- Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to understand customer needs.
- Synthesize requirements into user stories for solution design and build with the Product team.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between operational tools and client requirements.
- Work with leadership across Privia functions (Practice Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, and Clinical Operations) to develop a unified process governance strategy.
- Ensure effective communication, implementation, and adherence to governance initiatives.
- Support teams in implementing and monitoring new processes for continuous alignment with goals.
- Develop reporting to track success measures.
- Establish performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or with healthcare governance.
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, practice management, care delivery, and revenue cycle management.
- Strong background in gap analysis, process optimization, and implementing governance structures.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile).
Compensation:
Salary range: $105,000 - $125,000 (base).
Bonus eligibility: 15% annual bonus and restricted stock units.
