Position Overview: Join our dynamic European team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, shaping exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced, competitive market. Focus on building a pipeline of potential candidates aligning with business needs and 7 strategic commitments, ensuring best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and Rewards to define success profiles, design sourcing strategies, and attract diverse candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, offer recommendations, negotiation, and closing.
• Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and long-term relationships.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to HR and business stakeholders.
• Improve talent acquisition processes and tools.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong capability to interpret global processes, adapt to local policies, and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Right to work in Portugal (no relocation or sponsorship).
