Full-Time Talent Acquisition Campaign Specialist

• Partner with senior leadership to understand current and future allied health talent needs.
• Design, build and maintain a qualified pool of identified and engaged talent.
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to produce talent branding content
• Source and engage talent through available and innovative sourcing tools.
• Identify, design and lead project plans for annual events.
• Create and deliver talent attraction, selection and hiring processes.
• Support the talent acquisition leadership team with coaching TA Advisors on attraction strategies.
• Create monthly report on return of investment for campaigns under management
• Provide metrics and insights into market and talent trends
• End to end hands on direct hiring of allied health talent during peak periods

• Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategy and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of EVP development and employer brand strategies.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
• A passion for candidate experience and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Proven success in creating and managing strategic sourcing channels.
