THIS OPPORTUNITY:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team in attracting top talent for Egis BLN USA Inc. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Work closely with Operational Managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility to attract diverse candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, tracking progress through the recruitment pipeline and providing regular updates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and fostering a positive experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to improve candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Support administrative tasks related to onboarding.
- Support candidate through the Visa immigration process, if necessary.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
