Full-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Review and distribute job requisitions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
• Conduct background checks.
• Compile new hire documents and verify credentials.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries.
• Process referral bonus reports.
• Manage access clearance approvals and English test purchases.
• Support recruiting events and projects.
• Partner with HR and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
• Handle special projects and additional responsibilities.

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative function, in Recruiting or Human Resources.
• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a high-volume, multi-client environment.
• Experience planning and prioritizing daily responsibilities.
• Previous job stability.

• Related Bachelor's degree or HR Program certificate.
• Previous experience supporting recruiting processes.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting.
