Contractor Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contractor

Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team and HR in overseeing the full lifecycle of recruiting for Dynatrace new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to coordinate interview arrangements (phone, video, in-person).
• Manage background screening and new hire pre-boarding.
• Ensure efficient candidate interactions and expert execution of recruitment services.
• Maintain accurate information and meet hiring team expectations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate communication between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and progress through the hiring process.
• Manage logistics and provide a seamless interview process to ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Coordinate and support pre-boarding processes with relevant teams (TA recruiting, P&C Business Partners, Hiring Managers).
• Maintain and improve interview coordinator processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through efficient coordination.
• Ensure smooth new hire onboarding; scheduling and completion of pre-hire activities.
• Partner with People & Culture to support new starters.
• Provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports and presentations.
• Act as a point of contact and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in and lead People-related projects.
• Requirements:
• Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese
• High proficiency in MS Office suite
• Knowledge of ATS tools
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and identify process efficiencies
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Empathy for candidate experiences
• Strong reporting skills and ability to multitask
