The Highlights
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People and Talent, the Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment and hiring, ensuring an excellent employee and candidate experience. In addition, this position will be responsible for programming company-wide to promote a fun and engaging employee experience.
What You’ll be Doing
- Talent Acquisition and Attraction: Job posting, interviewing scheduling (in-takes, wrap calls, interviews, debriefs and offers), candidate screening. Administration of Greenhouse (job posting, candidate disposition, surveys, and candidate records). Managing external postings and targeting recruiting activities. Leading the interviewing process, communicating with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates for open positions, identifying talent in the marketplace with targeted outreach
- Administration of HR Programs: Administration of recognition programs, employee referral program, birthdays, and company anniversaries. Handling employee inquiries and feedback, fostering a positive work environment.
- Employee Experience: Ideation, planning, and coordination of team events, service-related activities and initiatives, and team communication. Driving program awareness and engagement of all team members; preparing and hosting bi-weekly Team Day (All Hands) Meetings.
- Employment Brand: Culture-Driven social media creation and content on our “Life at Syncro” Instagram account.
- General Administrative: General administrative tasks within the People Team (employment verifications, electronic personnel files, on-boarding/off-boarding tasks). Performing other duties and projects as assigned.
What We are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 3-5 years of general recruiting experience
- 1+ year of experience with HR engagement programming
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (public speaking comfort)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable and positive demeanor)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality and integrity in employment matters
