At BJAK, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to identify and recruit high-performing individuals.
What You’ll Do:
- Review CVs, profiles, and portfolios.
- Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct phone screens and first-stage interviews.
- Provide feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
