Job Description
As Editorial TA Lead, you will oversee c500 roles annually.
Manage a team of two Editorial Talent Sourcers.
Occasionally work operationally on vacancies as needed.
Collaborate with editorial management, HR Business Partners.
Contribute to employer value proposition (EVP).
Focus on inclusive hiring practices with DEI team.
Use data to support hiring decisions.
Lead editorial project initiatives, build relationships with senior managers.
Present monthly performance data and analyze trends to improve.

Qualifications
Extensive TA experience, experience managing others.
Expertise in all aspects of TA, including CRM talent pools.
Comfortable analyzing TA data and creating solutions.
Passion for promoting DEI.
Headhunting experience, ability to navigate change and collaborate.
Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders.
Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience.
