Talent Acquisition Manager - APAC
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts across various business functions.
You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong talent pipeline to support business objectives.
This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
Work closely with the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.

- Talent Strategy & Recruitment Execution
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to refine job descriptions, aligning with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support Ollion's growth in India and SEA.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in India, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events).
- Enhance Ollion's employer brand in India through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Educate hiring managers on best practices for interviews and bias-free hiring.
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring training and career development.
- Collaborate with local HR for smooth onboarding and candidate transition.
- Talent Insights & Process Improvement
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
Expertise you bring
- 10+ years experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years managing a team of recruiters in tech or tech consulting.
- Passion for people, culture, and creating a positive hiring experience.
- Proven track record in hiring all level roles across various functions.
- Strong sourcing experience for passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Proficiency with HR tech tools and ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Experience using AI to improve Talent Acquisition workflows.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience recruiting in SEA.
