Talent Acquisition Manager - APAC

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts across various business functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong talent pipeline to support business objectives.

This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder management.

Work closely with the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.

Ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, bringing strategic vision and hands-on execution to talent acquisition.

  1. Talent Strategy & Recruitment Execution
  2. Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to refine job descriptions, aligning with business goals.
  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support Ollion's growth in India and SEA.
  5. Manage vendor relationships.
  1. Sourcing & Employer Branding
  2. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in India, Singapore, and Indonesia.
  3. Utilize diverse recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events).
  4. Enhance Ollion's employer brand in India through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
  1. Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
  2. Ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  3. Educate hiring managers on best practices for interviews and bias-free hiring.
  4. Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  5. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring training and career development.
  6. Collaborate with local HR for smooth onboarding and candidate transition.
  1. Talent Insights & Process Improvement
  2. Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  3. Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.

Expertise you bring

  • 10+ years experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years managing a team of recruiters in tech or tech consulting.
  • Passion for people, culture, and creating a positive hiring experience.
  • Proven track record in hiring all level roles across various functions.
  • Strong sourcing experience for passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Proficiency with HR tech tools and ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Experience using AI to improve Talent Acquisition workflows.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience recruiting in SEA.
