We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and lead full-cycle hiring across a wide variety of roles—from AI and tech to finance and commercial.
Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll act as an advisor to hiring managers, executing equitable, data-informed hiring processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key member of the People Team, with a primary focus on supporting the hiring needs of the business.
- Own and manage full cycle recruiting for a wide variety of roles, including technical, AI, operational, and commercial functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements.
- Source candidates using a range of methods including direct outreach, Boolean search, referrals, job boards, and creative channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in Rippling Recruiter (our ATS).
- Share updates and insights with the People Team and hiring managers to support alignment, forecasting, and process improvement.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that elevate the candidate experience and hiring practices across the company.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends in talent acquisition.
- Navigate the complexities of remote-first recruiting.
What You Need:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus).
- Clear communication, strong time management.
- Comfort learning and adopting new tools and processes to improve workflows.
- A people-first approach and a passion for creating thoughtful candidate experiences.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools.
- A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team or hiring-related events.
