Job Details
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Group Services roles. Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent requirements. Collaborate with the People and Culture team to manage onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pools.
- Be a brand ambassador for Lendi Group.
- Use data and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
- Support recruiting strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an international organization is desirable.
