Full-Time Talent Acquisition Partner

• Perform all phases of the recruitment life cycle
• Support the creation/updating of job postings
• Write attractive job advertisements and upload them into the ATS
• Plan sourcing strategies and proactively source candidates
• Qualify applicants based on responsibilities, qualifications, and behavioral competencies
• Coordinate and perform interviews, guiding candidates
• Provide managers with expert insight to inform decisions
• Negotiate offers, selling candidates on choosing RRD
• Ensure 100% compliance with regulations
• Build sourced candidate pools and maintain regular communication
• Network to build recruiting and business knowledge
• Collaborate with other HR groups
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Managing full recruiting life cycle
• Consulting hiring managers on "Need" vs. "Want"
• Ability to handle 20+ requisitions
• Prioritize tasks
• Utilizing ATS to manage recruiting process
• Sourcing candidates using various mediums
• Intermediate Boolean search knowledge
• Negotiating in tough situations
• Building strong relationships with candidates and managers
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing
• Ability to learn employment regulations

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years Agency experience desired
