As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in building and shaping the TextNow team.
You'll partner with hiring managers, develop strategies to attract top candidates, and ensure a smooth, engaging hiring process. This role offers the chance to significantly impact our organization's growth, promoting both candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding. Partner with compensation on offer negotiations.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and a seamless interview process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through social media, events, and other initiatives, working with the People and Marketing teams.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to inform decision-making.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, promoting inclusivity throughout the process.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech/startup company.
- Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinking, proactively addressing challenges.
- Adaptability: Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment trends, labor laws, and best practices.
