As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for hiring in some of the fastest-growing companies across Europe. You’ll set up smart hiring processes, work closely with key stakeholders, and make a real impact on how our clients grow their teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with one (or multiple!) scaling companies in Europe to build and refine their hiring strategies.
- Designing and optimizing hiring processes, including scorecards, interview structures, and analytics to ensure smooth and effective hiring.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on hiring goals.
- Figuring out the best places to find top candidates, running sourcing activities, and making sure job ads reach the right people.
- Owning the success and longevity of recruitment projects, delivering tailored solutions that make a lasting impact.
What makes you a great fit?
- You’re fluent in English and Greek and a pro at both written and verbal communication.
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (or a similar role).
- You know your way around ATS tools and can navigate hiring data with ease.
- You don’t just fill roles—you optimize the hiring funnel to make the process better for everyone.
- You think like an in-house recruiter—focused on long-term impact, not just making quick hires.
- You understand that great hiring is both a science and an art, balancing data with a positive candidate experience.
- You use insights and data to make smarter hiring decisions and drive meaningful results.
