Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 / year (+ bonus, equity, and benefits)
Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST
Role Summary
We’re growing fast, and we need someone who’s just as excited about scaling a team as we are. We’re looking for our third teammate—someone who’s fired up about owning talent acquisition while also jumping in on key HR initiatives.
We want someone obsessed with building an exceptional hiring experience, connecting top talent with our mission, making interviews seamless, and ensuring every candidate walks away excited about tvSci.
What You'll Do
- Recruitment: Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage, partnering with hiring managers. Build and maintain candidate pipelines using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- HR Operations & Process Optimization: Make sure new hires start off strong with well-organized preboarding and first-day experiences. Keep things efficient in HR systems (Paylocity, Greenhouse). Help train hiring teams on interview best practices.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are
- 6+ years of experience in both HR Business Partnering and full-cycle recruitment, ideally at a startup
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with software engineers and sales professionals
- Hiring process wizard – skilled with Greenhouse, Paylocity, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Highly organized and detail-obsessed, nothing slips through the cracks
- Care deeply about candidate experience; every candidate walks away feeling valued
- Thrive in a remote environment; proactive, independent, and communicative
- Passion for DEI and implementing diverse hiring strategies
- Data-driven recruiting skills to track success, spot bottlenecks, and improve
Familiarity with recruiting for adtech, martech, or SaaS startups, structured interviewing techniques, sourcing, and employer branding is a plus.
