Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner for the CEE region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for the CEE region, owning the entire process (attraction, assessment, offer).
- Utilize various channels to attract top talent.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team and other talent teams (e.g., Employer Branding).
- Make data-driven decisions using TA tools and reporting to improve efficiency and KPIs.
- Innovate to attract top global talent while maintaining best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally with experience recruiting associates/customer service/blue-collar profiles.
- Strong advocate for exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively (English, Polish, Czech).
- Data-driven approach to recruitment.
