Our Talent Acquisition team is a global team of 140+ based across multiple European countries, Tokyo and Tel Aviv. We are open to considering top TA talent in any of the 28+ countries where we do business.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll focus on hiring for volume and non-volume roles for Support and Wolt Market organization and Wolt Market in the region.
You will play a key role in reimagining high-volume Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for the CEE region, owning the entire recruitment process (attraction, assessment, offer).
- Utilize various channels and solutions to find top talent (think outside the box).
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations professionally.
- Collaborate with sub-team and broader TA team.
- Partner with talent teams (Employer Branding) to drive optimal advertising, events, and campaigns.
- Make data-driven decisions using talent acquisition tooling and reporting to improve efficiency and candidate pass-through ratios.
- Invent innovative ways to attract global talent while excelling at basic recruiting best practices.
Must have experience in:
- High-volume recruitment
- Recruiting associates, customer service representatives, or other blue-collar profiles
Additional requirements:
- Strong candidate experience focus in every decision.
- Experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Polish, Czech).
- Data-driven approach with transparent data sharing.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
