Job Purpose: As a TA Partner, you’ll be a strategic hiring expert and trusted advisor, driving end-to-end recruitment across our Tech/non-Tech teams. You’ll play a key role in building our company by partnering with hiring managers, using data to drive decisions, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a high-growth and high-impact environment.
What you will do:
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to streamline hiring processes.
- Stay ahead of market trends and best practices.
- Bring a hands-on approach to hiring.
What you will bring:
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting.
- Experience in hiring technical roles is a plus.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Fluency in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
