Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll serve as a trusted recruitment partner to our clients, providing full-cycle recruiting support across a range of industries and roles. You'll also contribute to our proactive sourcing efforts, identifying top talent before positions are even open. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys both the strategic and tactical sides of recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, niche job boards, social media, creative sourcing tactics and your own network.
- Maintain an organized talent pipeline for high-demand roles.
- Provide market intelligence and candidate insights.
- Offer strategic recommendations based on hiring trends and candidate feedback.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire.
- Represent our brand and client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
