Full-Time Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Remote PST)

Talent Acquisition Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions.

Work Location: US

Work Arrangement: Full remote

Work Schedule: Mon-Thur, 10a-7p PST & Fri, 8a-5p PST

Specific requirements: Solid Sourcing Healthcare experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organization goals.
• Reviewing and posting job adverts on specialized job boards.
• Reviewing and processing applications.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking).
• Implementing candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing).
• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach and communication.
• Conducting market research (industry trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability).
• Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Sharing market and candidate insights with hiring groups.
• Actively promoting the employer brand, highlighting opportunities for career growth.
• Ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions (using ATS).
• Staying updated with industry best practices and sourcing tools.
• Fostering diversity and inclusion in sourcing.
• Identifying process improvement areas within the talent sourcing function.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
• Experience: 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required.
• Sourcing Foundation training (for internal applicants).
• Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets).
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Boolean, data mining).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and market analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines.
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.

Language Requirement: English

Specific Needs: Solid Sourcing healthcare experience

Compensation: $38,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience, geography, industry knowledge)
