Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of filling vacancies for different roles.
• Proficiency in conducting competency-based/performance-based interviews and other selection methods.
• Hands-on experience using various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Drive for results and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Curiosity and growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting, from sourcing to negotiating offers.
• Deep understanding of our products/business and building strong relationships with the management team and hiring managers.
• Filling positions of various levels, independently and with the help of your team.
• Working with hiring managers to define and clarify hiring needs, and build successful sourcing strategies.
• Proactively building strategic talent pools for critical roles using various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Guiding candidates through the hiring processes.
• Focus on marketing, product, and design roles.
