Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting all business units by providing full-cycle recruitment support in the APAC region.
Responsibilities include understanding recruiting needs, sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring best-fit candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with HR Business Partners to monitor recruitment requirements and analytics, partner with stakeholders to manage hiring deliverables, and ensure positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels (employee referrals, internal job programs, external channels) to build the pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct personal and behavioral competency interviews, administer assessments.
- Negotiation (Job Offer): Propose offers aligned with the approved budget, discuss/negotiate job offers with candidates.
- Background screening, Onboarding, and Rescreening: Ensure a positive onboarding experience, monitor background screening and onboarding, oversee new hire orientation, facilitate rescreening every two years for active employees.
- Account Management, Administration, Reporting, and Analytics: Manage applicant tracking software, prepare reports, maintain trackers, analyze data, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and comply with job-specific requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, and bring best-fit candidates into the organization.
- Branding: Represent the organization at networking events related to recruitment.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake tasks assigned by the APAC Talent Acquisition Lead and/or Head of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Unrelenting work ethic and passion for recruiting and producing results
- Familiarity with applicant tracking software and various sourcing channels
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition process and trends
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while working collaboratively
- High proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Willingness to work remotely (Monday-Friday), and on-site in Alabang office if needed
- Flexible work schedule to support business units across APAC, NoAm, and EMEA
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Studies (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
- Volume hiring experience preferred
- Experience working with global stakeholders
