Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts globally, focusing on North America. This role offers growth potential within a fast-growing professional services consulting firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting for all practice areas and regions, with emphasis on North America.
• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
• Managing multiple positions simultaneously, independently and collaboratively.
• Communicating recruitment status to internal teams.
• Utilizing social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed) to build candidate pipelines.
• Developing a deep understanding of local job markets and regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal clients.
• Contributing to continuous process improvement.
• Staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience as a global full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in recruiting, producing consistent results.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
