Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive recruiting by interviewing and assessing exceptional candidates.

A Day in the Role:

• Skillfully assess, screen, and interview candidates, identifying promising candidates.
• Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey.
• Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates through the pipeline.
• Provide administrative support to the People Team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting non-exempt employees.
• Access to a quiet space to work.
• Access to a computer/laptop with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected starting pay range: $22 - $27/hour
