Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for Auditors in LATAM and U.S.
• Ensuring a full pipeline of candidates through internal and external role publications, and smooth processes for managers and candidates.
• Identifying new sourcing channels to support company talent needs.
• Actively driving sourcing channels (employee referrals, vendor optimization, campus/university hiring, etc.)
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process and regular follow-up with new hires on career development.
• Maintaining the HR system database (new employee registration, internal mobility, exit process).
• Providing administrative support: managing employment contracts and supervising payroll for a group legal entity.
• Driving employee engagement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or Business Administration.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• First successful experience in a generalist HR or Recruitment function (internship or full-time).
• Approachable personal style and effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong motivation to achieve targets and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
