Tradeify is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and support the People team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles including sales, marketing, engineering, and trading.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
- Craft job descriptions and post them across multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure communication with candidates and hiring team.
- Own the candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support onboarding, manage paperwork, and maintain HRIS data.
- Partner with the HR Manager on employer branding and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Success in sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting in a startup or tech environment.
- HR Coordinator or People Operations experience.
- Experience coordinating new hire onboarding logistics.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment standards.
