Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vultr is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically source candidates for various corporate roles (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
• Conduct interviews using various recruiting tools/methods.
• Assess candidate skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Manage the candidate process and communication flow.
• Own compensation discussions and presentations.
• Represent the brand and build candidate relationships.
• Partner on improving the recruiting process.
• Develop and update job descriptions.
• Monitor and apply recruiting best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Experience sourcing for high-tech companies and/or go-to-market positions.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Hands-on experience with selection processes (video/phone interviews, reference checks).
• Ability to use assessment tools.
• Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing sites (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn).
• Compensation negotiation skills.
• Metrics-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field.
