Vail Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join their team. This is a remote hybrid position in Colorado.
About the opportunity: This role supports full-cycle recruitment efforts and provides critical administrative and operational support.
What you will do:
- Assist with TA team with recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees.
- Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.
- Handles administrative duties for contract and travel associates.
- Assist new employees with relocation and setting up housing
- Handles administrative duties relating to internal and external departmental reporting on behalf of the TA team
- Enter data on behalf of the TA team into recruitment systems
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Provide administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes
- Provide group level administrative support for all HR related actions, including, but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, terminations and payroll transactions
- Provides coverage for business office functions, as needed.
- Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Must be HIPAA compliant
What you will need:
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
