We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join United Tech and take our recruitment strategy to the next level. You will lead our TA team and play a key role in shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. We believe recruitment is not just about filling roles. In this role, you will:
- Step into a leadership role with a team of 7 TA specialists and help us grow it further with your expertise
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from vacancy opening to pre-boarding
- Optimize and improve hiring workflows, tools, and communication standards
- Design and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with the HR Brand team
- Ensure a top-tier candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with hiring managers across all levels: from team leads to the CEO
- Mentor, support, and develop your team through regular feedback, training, and performance evaluation
- Analyze recruitment data, track key metrics, and use insights to improve efficiency
- Optimize ATS usage and introduce new tools to boost team productivity, including AI-driven automation
- Take part in strategic planning and forecasting of hiring needs
Required skills & experience:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead or in a similar leadership role, ideally in product, digital, or mobile-first companies
- Deep knowledge of sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and recruitment marketing
- Proven track record of hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, including executive-level positions
- Experience working with modern HR tech solutions and recruitment tools
- Strong data literacy: confident in using analytics for decision-making and team performance tracking
- High level of ownership and initiative: able to build, run, and improve processes independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experience and fostering a supportive, growth-oriented team culture
- Fluent in Ukrainian and comfortable working in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
