Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Partnership: Partner with operations to identify learning needs.
- Learning Solutions: Design and implement blended learning programs.
- Strategy Execution: Execute elements of the Talent Development Strategy.
- Programme Management: Manage large-scale learning programs.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Talent & Development Team, HR Partners, and business leaders.
- Relationship Management: Build strong connections with the business and Talent & Development team.
You:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in learning and development, ideally within a transport, logistics or operational environment. Strong consultancy skills are essential, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience managing and delivering large-scale learning programs is crucial, along with a solid understanding of learning design.
