As a Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to pivot into the People Team from another part of the business and bring a fresh perspective to how we connect, recognize, and grow our people.

In this role, you’ll help deliver learning, engagement, and recognition programs that reflect our values and unite our global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs (onboarding, recognition initiatives, Values Champions, engagement campaigns).
- Own logistics and program components (scheduling, content preparation, invitations, follow-ups).
- Ensure materials are timely, polished, and aligned with Turnitin’s tone, values, and brand.
- Draft and format internal communications (learning, culture campaigns, employee events).
- Help bring Turnitin’s values and employee value proposition (EVP) to life through stories, recognition spotlights, and inclusive messaging.
- Help maintain templates, visuals, and messaging.
- Track program participation and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards.
- Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications for event planning and message alignment.
- Ensure coordination across time zones and functions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or a similar role.
- Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet goals.
- Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in gathering and analyzing data that drive insights and action.
- Takes initiative and brings creative, inclusive ideas forward.
- Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
