As a Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Specialist, you'll pivot into the People Team from another part of the business and bring a fresh perspective to how we connect, recognize, and grow our people.

In this role, you’ll help deliver learning, engagement, and recognition programs that reflect our values.
You’ll support content creation, internal communications, stakeholder coordination, and program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs (e.g., onboarding, recognition initiatives, Values Champions).
- Own program logistics (scheduling, content preparation, invitations, follow-ups).
- Ensure materials are timely, polished, and aligned with Turnitin's tone, values, and brand.
- Draft and format internal communications (learning, culture campaigns).
- Bring Turnitin's values to life through stories, recognition, and inclusive messaging.
- Help maintain templates, visuals, and messaging with Comms and the People Team.
- Track program participation and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards.
- Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications for event planning and message alignment.
- Ensure coordination across time zones.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or a similar role.
- Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- Skilled in gathering and analyzing data.
- Takes initiative and brings creative ideas.
- Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
