About the roleThe Talent Development Manager executes high-impact talent initiatives across the Everfield ecosystem to drive performance and growth. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure talent aligns with strategic goals. This role offers opportunity to drive talent development, reporting and performance management.

What you will do:

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive performance and growth through talent initiatives
• Contribute to planning and execution of key talent programs
• Develop and implement strategies for employee retention
• Develop and manage performance reviews, 360 feedback, goal setting and PIPs via Workday
• Design, develop and deliver onboarding experiences for new talent, businesses and senior leaders
• Create succession planning framework and support HR Business Partners with ecosystem communication
• Strategically deploy employee listening strategy alongside annual Global Employee Engagement survey

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience with HRIS system, preferably Workday
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience working with a European organization and an understanding of how to adapt
• Experience in senior/executive talent management
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize, and adapt
• Proven track record of managing complex talent programs and projects, involving vendor management
• Understanding of impact on people, teams, and processes; ability to work in detail and see the bigger picture
• Strong influencing and communication skills
