About the roleThe Talent Development Manager executes high-impact talent initiatives across the Everfield ecosystem to drive performance and growth. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure talent aligns with strategic goals. This role offers opportunity to drive talent development, reporting and performance management.
What you will do:
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive performance and growth through talent initiatives
- Contribute to planning and execution of key talent programs
- Develop and implement strategies for employee retention
- Develop and manage performance reviews, 360 feedback, goal setting and PIPs via Workday
- Design, develop and deliver onboarding experiences for new talent, businesses and senior leaders
- Create succession planning framework and support HR Business Partners with ecosystem communication
- Strategically deploy employee listening strategy alongside annual Global Employee Engagement survey
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience with HRIS system, preferably Workday
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience working with a European organization and an understanding of how to adapt
- Experience in senior/executive talent management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize, and adapt
- Proven track record of managing complex talent programs and projects, involving vendor management
- Understanding of impact on people, teams, and processes; ability to work in detail and see the bigger picture
- Strong influencing and communication skills
