Role Overview: Design & execute talent acquisition strategy. Build and lead a recruitment team. Optimize hiring processes. Attract exceptional candidates (technical & business).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Design & implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligning with company goals & growth.
- Process Optimization: Standardize & streamline recruitment workflow for efficiency, reducing time-to-hire & cost-per-hire.
- Team Leadership: Build, train, & develop recruitment team for technical, operational & business functions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain robust candidate pipeline, focusing on hard-to-fill technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, AI) & leadership.
- Candidate Experience: Create & oversee exceptional candidate journey reflecting company values & culture.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview process guidance & drive hiring decisions.
- ATS & Tools Management: Optimize Ashby & other recruitment tools for efficient tracking, reporting & candidate management.
- Metrics & Reporting: Implement data-driven practices with clear KPIs to measure effectiveness & provide updates to leadership.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives to build diverse talent pipelines & implement inclusive hiring practices.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years recruitment experience, 2+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record building recruiting functions in high-growth tech companies.
- Experience hiring for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML).
- Understanding of global talent markets (Philippines, Eastern Europe, US).
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach.
- Experience implementing & optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred).
- Strong communication, project management, & process-oriented skills.
- Remote hiring & distributed talent acquisition team management experience.
