Full-Time Talent Manager

Talent Manager opportunity:

Key role driving talent agenda and career development.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage talent career portfolios, prioritize work, and coordinate others.
• Gather and analyze information to inform decisions.
• Manage talent pool, track contracts, and prioritize the bench.
• Lead weekly search meetings with hiring managers.
• Track and approve timecards, PTO, and conduct 1:1s & annual reviews.
• Define and track KPIs to drive accountability.
• Simplify processes and drive efficiencies.
• Develop and manage plans, systems, and processes for performance, growth, and development of teams.
• Partner with Account Leads, sharing insight, opportunities, and challenges regarding talent growth and client satisfaction.

Expectations:

• Stay informed of industry best practices and trends.
• Foster strong relationships for a talent pipeline.
• Deeply understand client departments and operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in people management
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Familiarity with office and calendar apps

Nice to Haves:

• Greenhouse experience
• Airtable/Asana/Google Workspace familiarity
• Client partner/account manager experience
• High-touch onboarding experience design and implementation
