Job Details
Kunai is seeking a Talent Manager to drive the talent agenda and implement career development experiences.
- Manage talent portfolio, prioritize work, collect information to inform decisions.
- Manage a talent pool, track contract dates, and prioritize the bench.
- Run weekly search meetings, give updates, and hold others accountable.
- Track timecards, PTO, weekly 1:1s, and conduct annual reviews.
- Define and track KPIs to measure success.
- Look for ways to simplify processes and drive improvements.
- Develop plans, systems, and procedures for performance processes.
- Partner with Account Leads, sharing insights and opportunities.
- Keep informed of industry best practices.
- Foster relationships for a strong talent pipeline.
- Understand client departments and how they operate.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in people management.
- Familiarity with project management tooling.
- Familiarity with office and calendar apps.
Nice to have:
- Experience working within Greenhouse.
- Familiarity with Airtable/Asana/Google Workspace.
- Client partner/account manager experience.
- Experience designing and implementing high-touch onboarding experiences.
