Full-Time Talent Operations Manager

Location: UK or Dublin

Role: We're seeking an experienced Talent Operations Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function, optimizing recruiting systems, tools, data, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting Tools & Systems: Manage the ATS (Greenhouse), evaluate & manage sourcing/recruiting tools, lead audits to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Data, Reporting & Analytics: Build/maintain dashboards/reports for recruiting KPIs (time to fill, source of hire, diversity metrics). Provide data-driven insights for QBRs & recruiting strategy.
• Process Optimization: Standardize processes, improve candidate experience, and remove hiring friction.
• Enablement & Compliance: Train recruiters/hiring managers, ensure compliance with global hiring policies (e.g., GDPR, DEI).
• Strategic Support: Act as a thought partner on headcount planning, hiring forecasts, budget alignment, partner with DEI leaders, support employee referral programs.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years in Talent Operations/Recruiting Operations/People Ops (preferably in tech/high-growth).
• Proven experience managing ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong analytical skills & experience building reports/dashboards.
• Comfortable evaluating new tools & managing vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of recruiting workflows & candidate lifecycle.
• Passion for operational excellence, process design, team enablement.
• Collaborative/communicative, bias for action.
• Bonus: Experience with international recruiting, familiarity with tools like Gem, Teamable, GoodTime, project management/process improvement certifications.
