Talent Ops Programs Manager
We’re Underdog, a fast-growing sports gaming company. We build innovative games for sports fans.Role Overview:
The Talent Ops Programs Manager will execute high-impact talent initiatives.
- Lead strategic hiring programs (employer branding, conferences, university hiring)
- Drive operational improvements & enablement for recruiters & hiring managers
- Lead project management of internal recruitment operations initiatives
- Collaborate with TA leaders & People team to streamline workflows
- Drive recruiter and hiring manager enablement, partnering with L&D
- Manage hiring programs (conferences, university outreach, recruiting events)
- Manage employer brand channels and awards strategy
- Identify opportunities to maintain a competitive employer brand
- Partner with the Employee Experience team on content creation
- Execute quick wins to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and brand visibility
Responsibilities:
Strong project management skills, cross-functional work experience.
Experience in recruitment operations with improving systems, tools, and workflows.
Developing & executing hiring programs (conferences, events, etc.).
Greenhouse ATS optimization experience and familiarity.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Operational and tactical hiring thinking.
Proficiency with tools like Slack, Google Suite, and Asana.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in recruiting operations/talent acquisition.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GoodTime scheduling tool.
- Familiarity with EVPs, recruitment marketing, & content strategy
- Experience in diversity-focused hiring & community partnership development
- Experience in a tech/startup environment
Compensation:
Base salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 + equity.
