Acumatica is seeking a Talent & Organizational Capability Director to enhance employee engagement, retention, and growth. This role involves building talent development strategies and executing initiatives to drive high performance and culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Competency Development: Build job architecture and career paths.
- Partner with stakeholders to design organizational learning and talent development strategies.
- Drive learning and development programs focused on soft skills, management excellence, and leadership development.
- Ensure consistency in talent evaluation across the employee lifecycle.
- Evolve performance management frameworks linking performance to compensation and career development.
- Lead employee engagement and retention strategies using data-driven insights.
- Partner with HRBPs to align talent initiatives with business priorities.
- Utilize talent metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead the employee engagement survey process and action planning.
- Manage Udemy as a learning platform.
- Evolve talent reviews to increase organizational capability.
