Contractor Talent Partner

Alloy is growing and needs a Talent Partner to help build their GTM and engineering teams. This is a contract role, with the potential for full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the candidate lifecycle: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, source candidates.
• Partner with the business: Collaborate with leaders to define roles, identify top talent, coordinate interviews, and manage the process through Lever.
• Deliver a great experience: Provide a positive candidate experience, whether or not they get an offer.
• Pitch the opportunity: Articulate the value of working at Alloy and the company's vision to prospective candidates.
• Propose improvements: Contribute to the development of the recruitment strategy.
• Close the deal: Ensure candidates are eager to join Alloy and overcome competing offers.

Skills and Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle GTM and tech recruitment, ideally at a fast-growing tech startup, especially in B2B SaaS, or with technical products (e.g., APIs, developer tools).
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of Alloy's tech stack and business model, communicating the value proposition to candidates.
• Agility: Action-oriented, adaptable, high energy, able to multitask.
• Organization: Efficient time management, ability to prioritize and context-switch.
• Scrappy builder: Innovative problem-solving, working in ambiguous situations.
• Negotiation: Expert negotiation skills.
• Team player: Collaborative and supportive team member.
