About the role:
We’re looking for a Talent + People Manager to join our team. The role reports into our Head of Operations + People.
Role Summary:
In this hybrid role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, primarily focused on hiring engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to open new roles, develop compelling job descriptions, and design thoughtful hiring processes.
- Source, screen, and engage top talent across various roles and levels.
- Manage applicant tracking system (Workable).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
- Continuously improve talent pipeline strategies, ensuring inclusivity and efficiency.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting insights.
- Manage and improve end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage and maintain data in HR platforms (including Deel).
- Coordinate performance review cycles.
- Plan and execute employee engagement surveys.
- Organize company-wide training initiatives and professional development programs.
- Assist with day-to-day people operations needs, documentation, and internal communications.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a recruiting or people operations role.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and HR tools (experience with Deel is a bonus).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort handling confidential information.
