About the role:

We’re looking for a Talent + People Manager to join our team. The role reports into our Head of Operations + People.

Role Summary:

In this hybrid role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, primarily focused on hiring engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to open new roles, develop compelling job descriptions, and design thoughtful hiring processes.
  • Source, screen, and engage top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (Workable).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
  • Continuously improve talent pipeline strategies, ensuring inclusivity and efficiency.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting insights.
  • Manage and improve end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage and maintain data in HR platforms (including Deel).
  • Coordinate performance review cycles.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement surveys.
  • Organize company-wide training initiatives and professional development programs.
  • Assist with day-to-day people operations needs, documentation, and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a recruiting or people operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and HR tools (experience with Deel is a bonus).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort handling confidential information.
