Managing a high-volume requisition load and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers is key.
Requires a consultative approach, operational excellence, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing top talent through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Focus on project-based recruiting for nationwide operations, hiring roles such as Caregivers, CNAs, Mental Health Specialists, salaried operational managers, and more.
Recruitment of hourly positions across the National Central Office (NCO) will be managed, covering departments like Accounting/Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, Talent Development, Risk Management, and Project Management.
Collaboration with HR and operational staff is essential, including providing training on recruitment best practices and compliance while adapting to market and state-specific processes.
Assessing candidate viability, negotiating offers, and supporting team training will also be part of the role.
Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, will be handled, encompassing both active and passive candidate searches.
This position demands flexibility to work across various time zones, attention to detail, strong decision-making, and the ability to embody Dungarvin's core values.
MUST HAVE: Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience.
Metrics-driven, fast-paced, high-volume individual, experienced in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees.
Experience utilizing job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
ATS experience.
