Managing a high-volume requisition load and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers is key.
This role requires a consultative approach, operational excellence, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans.
- Sourcing top talent through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Focus on project-based recruiting for nationwide operations, including roles like Caregivers, CNAs, Mental Health Specialists, salaried operational managers, and more.
Managing recruitment of hourly positions across the National Central Office (NCO).
- Covering departments like Accounting/Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, Talent Development, Risk Management, and Project Management.
Collaboration with HR and operational staff is essential, including providing training on recruitment best practices and compliance.
Assessing candidate viability, negotiating offers, and supporting team training are also part of the role.
Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, handling both active and passive candidate searches.
Must have flexibility to work across various time zones.
Demonstrate strong decision-making and embody Dungarvin's core values: honesty, resilience, and positivity.
Close collaboration with hiring managers, HR leadership, and operational staff is essential to leverage technology, market insights, and recruitment strategies for success.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree, OR a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of recruiting experience.
- Metrics-driven, fast-paced, and high-volume individual.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees.
- Experience utilizing job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
- ATS experience.
