Full-Time Talent Scout

As a Talent Scout, manage a high-volume requisition load while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a consultative approach, operational excellence, and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans.
2. Source top talent through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
3. Guide candidates through the hiring process.
4. Focus on project-based recruiting for nationwide operations.
5. Manage recruitment for hourly positions across the NCO, covering departments like Accounting/Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Talent Development, Risk Management, and Project Management.
6. Collaborate with HR and operational staff, providing training on recruitment best practices and compliance.
7. Assess candidate viability, negotiate offers, and support team training.
8. Handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation, encompassing both active and passive candidate searches.
9. Demand Flexibility: Work across various time zones, demonstrate attention to detail, strong decision-making, and embody Dungarvin's core values.
10. Collaborate with hiring managers, HR leadership, and operational staff to leverage technology, market insights, and recruitment strategies.

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Metrics-driven, fast-paced, high-volume individual.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees.
• Experience using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• ATS experience
