Full-Time Talent Sourcer

Talent Sourcer supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and posting job adverts on job boards.
• Reviewing and processing applications.
• Utilizing sourcing methods on job boards, networking sites, and databases.
• Initiating communication with candidates, building relationships, and providing information.
• Evaluating candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Maintaining accurate candidate data.
• Optimizing sourcing strategy to meet agreed metrics and service levels.
• Supporting recruiters on ad hoc sourcing tasks.
• Promoting employer brand and leveraging social media.
• Coordinating feedback and ensuring smooth candidate experience.
• Actively seeking diverse candidates.
• Identifying process improvement areas.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required), Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within 90 days.
• 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration.
• Experience in preliminary candidate assessments.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in sourcing methods like Boolean search.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.
