Mirantis is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our global recruiting team. You will play a crucial role in building strong pipelines of technical talent for engineering, pre-sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own top-of-funnel strategy for key technical roles.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Identify and engage passive talent globally.
- Build and maintain pipelines in ATS (SmartRecruiters).
- Maintain documentation and candidate tracking.
- Contribute to market mapping and competitive intelligence.
- Represent Mirantis, articulating vision, culture, and technical challenges.
- Refine sourcing techniques continuously.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of sourcing or technical recruitment experience.
- Proven success sourcing technical talent.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn, sourcing tools.
- Experience with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred).
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Bonus: Familiarity with cloud-native/Kubernetes/open-source.
